Keep everything together
Keep the product, full contents, and packaging together. The grinder’s crank handle and catch cup should accompany it. Separately purchased accessories are separate items on your order.
How to prepare a return
- Check the delivery date and keep your order reference.
- Request return instructions before sending a parcel.
- Pack the full item securely in its original packaging. Keep coffee gear clean and dry.
Return shipping and condition
Change-of-mind return shipping is normally the buyer’s responsibility. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, keep the packaging and request help before using or returning it. Do not disassemble a damaged mechanism.
Service availability
Fulfillment is not open. The return address, support channel, inspection process, and refund timing will be published before real orders are accepted. Please do not send a parcel without return instructions.
Your consumer rights
This voluntary return window does not limit applicable statutory rights, including EU withdrawal and legal guarantee rights. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from change-of-mind returns.
