Terms of service

Checkout and availability

Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. Orders ship to US addresses only. Seller identity, delivery details, taxes, and support arrangements will be finalized before real orders are accepted.

Product information

Prices are in USD. Only Obsidian Black is selectable for the hand grinder; other photographed finishes are references.

Grind settings are relative starting points. General brewing guidance cannot guarantee a particular extraction or compatibility with every espresso basket, roast, or machine. Follow the product manual for adjustment, care, and disassembly.

Using this site

Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, or submit sensitive documents through it. Stripe’s terms apply when its checkout is used. Cart contents are stored locally in your browser as described in our privacy policy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits applicable statutory consumer rights. See returns for the 30-day voluntary window and shipping for delivery and tax information.
